- Fresh filet of salmon
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Olive oil
- Fresh dill
- Rinse the salmon in cold water.
- Place on a flat baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the fish.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and paprika to taste. Use sparingly not to overpower the fish.
- Chop a bunch of fresh dill, and coat fish with it.
- Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until done but not dry.
