Baked Salmon


  • Fresh filet of salmon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh dill


  • Rinse the salmon in cold water.
  • Place on a flat baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the fish.
  • Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and paprika to taste. Use sparingly not to overpower the fish.
  • Chop a bunch of fresh dill, and coat fish with it.
  • Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until done but not dry.
